The Project Management and Programs Lead will shape the future of physical security operations through program management in a globally respected technology environment. Embedded within the Physical Security Operations team, this high-impact role will own the design, governance, and continuous evolution of the project management program in the APAC region. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the incumbent will drive portfolio-level delivery and organisational changes, translating organisational objectives into measurable outcomes through disciplined program management, technology innovation, and cross-functional partnership. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate security principles, project management methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Five or more years in project management, preferably in security or related fields, with demonstrated ownership of multi-project portfolios and program-level responsibilities. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, and Google Project Management certification preferred. Additional certifications in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), are advantageous. Experience evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of project management methodologies across teams. Practical experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline workflows, analysis, and reporting, along with the initiative to identify new opportunities to do so. Demonstrable experience collaborating with executive-level regional and global stakeholders to deliver complex projects. Proven track record delivering programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate organisational objectives into actionable program roadmaps.
Exceptional executive communications, presentation, and facilitation skills.
