 The GSOC Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring the effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents across all company facilities and assets. This role serves as the first escalation point for security incidents, manages GSOC personnel, and supports both physical and cybersecurity operations

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Supervise and coordinate GSOC operators to ensure 24/7 monitoring and coverage of company facilities, networks, and personnel
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for incidents and coordinate responses with internal security teams and external law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews, schedule management, and training for GSOC staff
  • Ensure GSOC systems and technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, SOC platforms) are operational and up to date
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, staff training, and technology enhancements..
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate with Min 2 + years experince as a supervisor in GSOC enviorment

 

  • Strong understanding of physical and cybersecurity principles
  • Experience with monitoring technologies, incident management systems, and reporting tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies efficiently
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and corporate security standards
