The Senior Presentation and Communication Specialist to transform data, insights, and strategic concepts into clear, executive-ready narratives. Based in India and supporting our US-based Global Clients team, this role is a hybrid of high-end presentation design, strategic storytelling, and internal/external communications.

The ideal candidate will combine a strong strategic mind with advanced visual creativity, pushing past traditional slide layouts to produce modern, highly engaging multimedia assets, will play a critical part in creating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership-facing materials that drive decisions. Beyond slides, will manage communication and marketing efforts—highlighting team activities and industry trends across LinkedIn and internal platforms using a dynamic mix of copy and rich media.

• Own the end-to-end creation of executive-level presentations, including QBRs, leadership readouts, and strategic updates.
• Creative Visual Content: Design and edit custom graphics, high-definition photos, and tailored layout content for slides to enhance visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Motion and Multimedia Graphics: Develop eye-catching animated GIFs and motion graphics to bring complex concepts to life within presentations, social media posts, and internal communications. Experience with short-form video creation and editing is a major bonus.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Apply AI tools to draft outlines, refine messaging, and generate first-pass visual assets while ensuring final quality, high resolution, and accuracy.
• Narrative Flow: Translate complex business data into clear narratives with a strong storyline and logical executive takeaways.
• External Presence: Curate and draft high-quality content for LinkedIn to highlight team activities, milestones, and relevant industry information. Elevate these posts using custom, high-definition imagery and engaging animations to maximize reach and engagement.
• Internal Engagement: Manage communications on internal platforms, utilizing vibrant media and polished layouts in internal newsletters to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of team achievements and strategic insights.
• Brand Voice: Ensure a consistently high bar for written quality, clarity, and professional tone across all communication channels.
• Data Translation: Analyze business and performance data to identify trends and risks that need to be communicated to leadership.
• Human Validation: Apply critical thinking to validate, refine, and contextualize all AI-generated outputs and visual assets before they are shared with US stakeholders.
• All other duties, as assigned.

6+ years of experience in presentation development, corporate communications, graphic design, marketing, or strategy-oriented roles. Advanced expertise in graphic design and asset creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or top-tier AI image/video generators).Experience creating, editing, and polishing short corporate videos or motion graphics is a highly valued plus. Experience supporting VP-level or C-suite audiences in a global, cross-timezone environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication (essential for supporting US-based executive leadership).
• Expert PowerPoint skills (or equivalent) with a strong portfolio of executive-ready decks (QBRs, board-level materials) that demonstrate cutting-edge visual design.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Proven experience drafting professional content for social media (LinkedIn) and internal channels, heavily supported by a portfolio of custom graphics, HD imagery, and animations (GIFs).
• AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Microsoft Copilot) for story outlining, narrative refinement, and high-fidelity image generation.
• Analytical Foundations: Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; ability to interpret data and derive business insights.
