The Data Analyst will join our dynamic team at Tech Client physical security team/s. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Utilize statistical methods to interpret data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
  •  Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals to understand business
  • Communicate insights effectively to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements based on analytical findings.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
