The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for Content Creationthat is  drafting professional content through corporate channels using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot) for story outlining, narrative refinement, and image generation.

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Own the end-to-end creation of executive-level presentations, including QBRs, leadership readouts, and strategic updates.
• Create custom images, icons, and layout content for slides to enhance visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Apply AI tools to draft outlines, refine messaging, and generate first-pass visual assets while ensuring final quality and accuracy.
• Translate complex business data into clear narratives with a strong storyline and logical executive takeaways. Strategic Communications & Marketing.
• Curate and draft high-quality content to highlight team activities, milestones, and relevant industry information.
• Manage communications on internal platforms to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of team achievements and strategic insights
• Ensure a consistently high bar for written quality, clarity, and professional tone across all communication channels, Insights, Analysis & AI Synthesis.
• Analyze business and performance data to identify trends and risks that need to be communicated to leadership.
• Apply critical thinking to validate, refine, and contextualize all AI-generated outputs before they are shared with US stakeholders.
• All other duties, as assigned.

6+ years of experience in presentation development, corporate communications, marketing, or strategy-oriented roles. Experience drafting professional contentcorporate channels. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot) for story outlining, narrative refinement, and image generation. Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; ability to interpret data and derive business insights. Experience supporting VP-level or C-suite audiences in a global, cross-timezone environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication (essential for supporting US-based executive leadership).
• Expert PowerPoint skills (or equivalent) with a strong portfolio of executive-ready decks (QBRs, board-level materials).
• Strong design sensibility with experience in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or AI image generators).
