The Security Analyst will be responsible for real-time monitoring, analysis, reporting, and coordination related to security, safety, and physical-infrastructure risk events across offices and branches.Access Control Management for Corporate Offices and Business Branches through software.The role includes system health monitoring of electronic security C surveillance systems, facility call management, incident reporting, data management, and ensuring smooth Command Centre operations through effective communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Monitoring online/ offline health status of FAS C CCTV systems installed across branch offices.
  • Ensure continuous operational health of systems and escalate anomalies propmptly.
  • Record and report system snags, perform first-level troubleshooting, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant teams/vendors.
  • Track all issues until complete resolution and maintain accurate logs.
  • Monitor CCTV recording status proactively and investigate any technical snags or connectivity issues.
  • Timely update Dashboard files and send status communications to concerned stakeholders.
  • Monitor and investigate FAS and CCTV system alarms across all the Treat every alarm as genuine unless proven false.
  • Act as a nodal coordinator to liaison between ground team and management.
  • Coordinate with external emergency response agencies (Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance) to dispatch emergency support.
  • Report incidents in real time and maintain detailed incident logs.
  • Follow-up with respective stakeholders for RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Prepare Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports for incidents.
  • Timely update and audit emergency contract matrix for each branch office.
  • Attend Office Facility Helpdesk calls.
  • Manage and operate the Facility Management (FM) tool for recording, categorizing, and tracking all facility-related calls and service requests.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, call classification, escalation, and closure of service tickets.
  • Send timely reports C MIS to concern stakeholders.
  • Daily health monitoring of Corporate Office’s Access Control System.
  • Generate Access Door Health Status Report C share the same with concerned SPOC for their actions.
  • Timely activate staff access card as per email / system trigger and assigned appropriate access privileges as per defined practice.
  • Generate time log, activity log and access log reports as per business requirements.
  • Ensure timely deactivate of exit / resign/ damage/ disable access cards.
  • Maintain Inventory of Access cards.
  • Coordinate with Vendor for printing and timely delivering staff ID cards.
  • Disposing exit staff’s ID Cards and maintaining relevant records.
  • Monitor People C Infra safety Risk events from internal C external environmental parameters through news, open-source intelligence, people communication and other authenticated E.g. natural calamities, manmade hazards, utility failures etc.
  • Check authenticity and analyse the impact of such risk events on company and its people.
  • Prepare impact-based advisories and circulate the same to concerned team.
  • Liaison between command center operation team and various stakeholder to ensure timely accomplishment of all the scheduled activities and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Supervise office board-line calls and ensure proper handling and responses.
  • Supervise employee facility helpdesk calls and properly recording the calls in complaint management system.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Generate and maintain data logs for all command center activities / works.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports share the same for management review.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
  • Manage data, logs, and records.
  • Perform periodic data reconciliations to ensure data mappings are correct.
  • Report data discrepancies and follow-up for corrections.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate (Science, Commerce), Any Technical Diploma holder, or equivalent . Prior experience in security operations or control room management

 

  • Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Basic technical knowledge for first-level troubleshooting of security systems – Access Control, FAS, CCTV.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • A team member who not only focuses on his own performance but also motivates others on the team.
