The EP Program Manager is responsible for end to end management of a high profile residential security and Executive Protection (EP) program for an HNI client in Bangalore. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC), the role ensures seamless coordination between the client, internal teams, and third party vendors while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality in line with Pinkerton’s global operating practices.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Serve as primary SPOC for the client, handling all operational, administrative, and escalation matters.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular reviews, and service optimisation
  • Ensure delivery of bespoke residential security and EP services aligned with client risk profile and lifestyle.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor EP agents, residential guards, drivers, and site supervisors.
  • Manage manpower planning, rostering, leave management, and 24×7 operational coverage
  • Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and on site checks to ensure discipline and readiness.
  • Handle incidents, emergencies, and contingencies with discretion and composure
  • Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Ensure SOPs, emergency response plans, and risk mitigation measures are implemented and reviewed regularly.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

8+ years in residential security, executive protection, or comparable corporate security roles.

 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of EP protocols, residential security, and local dynamics.
  • Operational planning, problem‑solving, and incident‑handling capability.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular computer usage.
  • Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. 
  • Travel, as required.
