The  Security Specialist will uphold Pinkerton's revered core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Excellence. The Security Specialist, assigned to a specific client location, will ensure the security and safety of the facility, property, and personnel. The Specialist is responsible for the related training, procedures/policies, equipment, and reporting.

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Hands on knowledge of Project management, security designing, AutoCAD and managing command centre.
• He/she defines project timelines and activities in collaboration with stakeholders, and resolves changes in scope, issues and risks that may affect project implementation.
• Responsible for delivering superior support to the Security leadership team.
• Create project plans and build consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders.
• Design standardized processes and Best Practices from initiation to completion in partnership with SMEs, including project scope, documentation, measurements, communication and  implementation to global security leaders and teams.
• Provides key business partners with information and recommendations to assist in the development and implementation of training resources and Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support project (as needed).
• Mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills through training and professional development programs.
• Lead and develop security strategies that align with the client's and Pinkerton's organizational goals.
• Able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience in security management, investigations, and/or security risk consulting. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

• Demonstrated skill and record of achievement in business-to-business operational activities.
• Security equipment experience including; CCTV, access control, barriers, intruder/fire alarms, firefighting equipment, GPS monitoring, DFMD, HHMD, and control panels etc.
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office, computer network architecture, data transmission, and bandwidth.
• Serve as an effective team member and leader.
• Self-starter and results driven.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Able to create and present a strong value proposition.
• Strong customer service and delivery orientation.
• Knowledge of service industry cost and profitability drivers.
