The Command Centre Lead willo join our team at our corporate headquarters. As a Command Centre Lead, he will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations within our command centre. This role involves strategic oversight and coordination, ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, property, and information while leading a team to accomplish security objectives effectively.
Extensive experience in security operations, preferably within a command center or corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in security technologies and systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and proactive security culture
