The Badging Lead, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will be responsible for the management of processes related to physical identify access badge creation and the maintenance of access control programs for the client's corporate sites. The Lead also partners with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors while providing a high degree of technical knowledge, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Monitor all badge and access applications via service tickets and access management systems.
  • Monitor and respond to badging, access management, and visitor management system outages and technical issues while coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and business continuity.
  • Manage access permission groups to ensure all information on the owner, approver, and secondary approver is updated.
  • Oversee the management of access levels creation, request, and level modification in the access control system.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records across assigned corporate offices.
  • Partner with space owners to review restricted spaces and maintain updated audit access report.
  • Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.
  • Provide technical guidance for the development of solutions while understanding and analyzing different technology solutions.
  • Capture business requirements and workflows and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage assigned projects and related issues, coordinating with stakeholders for timely resolution and delivery
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for badge equipment maintenance, system upgrades, and technical support services.
  • Perform other badge and physical identity area access management related duties as assigned by the client.
  • Ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and commitments to internal customers are met.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate with least four years of access control/badging and security systems management and customer service experience.

  • Effective English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Lenel access management system or similar.
  • Working knowledge of badge printing platforms and basic understanding of printer hardware used for credential production, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced, high demand and dynamic environment.
  • Responsive and responsible attitude.
  • Client orientated and results driven.
  • Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation.
  • Attentive to details and accuracy.
  • Able to manage business stakeholders remotely and in a timely manner.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
