The Global Desk Operator is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents across all regions. This role ensures global situational awareness, coordinates cross-regional responses, and supports strategic decision-making within the GSOC .

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Monitor global threat intelligence feeds and incident alerts.
• Provide real-time situational awareness to executive leadership
• Coordinate with regional desks to ensure unified response protocols
• Escalate critical incidents to the Global Security Operations Manager
• Maintain global incident logs and reporting dashboards.
• Support crisis management and business continuity efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners globally
• Incident Response & Management
• Communication & Coordination
• Travel & Event Support
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• All other duties, as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree with at least  two years of experience in security operations or intelligence analysis.

• Strong understanding of global geopolitical and threat landscapes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with GSOC technologies and platforms
