The Associate ServiceNow Developer is responsible to Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities to support business and ITSM processes. This role focuses on configuring and customizing forms, fields, tables, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and external applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
  • Conduct unit, system, and integration testing and manage deployments to production environments and Create technical documentation .
  • Stay current with ServiceNow upgrades, best practices, and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain SN platform, Implementation and optimization of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • .All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have minimum of 3 years of experience. Must be ServiceNow CSA Certified. Experience preparing technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures along with Agile development life cycle processes also experience with deployment of update sets to production environments. 

 

  • Strong Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows 
  • Familiarity with CMDB, data modeling, and CI relationships.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to handle incidents & defects .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams. 
  • Perform thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, system testing, and integration testing.
