As a Dutch security licensee holder, the Security Manager - Benelux will be an integral part of Pinkerton’s team in the Netherlands. In this pivotal role, you will implement, manage, and execute protective security measures to safeguard our clients' assets, personnel, and operations.

Reporting directly to the Benelux Head of Operations, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure environment for our clients, and you will be a key member of Pinkerton's EMEA Operations team.

This unique position offers a blend of in-the-field protective security and broader operational responsibilities, fostering collaboration with colleagues throughout Pinkerton’s global operations.

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Coordinate and Oversee Security Activities: You'll manage security activities for our established clients in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on client relationship management. This includes monitoring local criminal activity and addressing security concerns proactively.
• Manage Client Event Security Operations: You'll take ownership of all aspects of client event security, including planning, drafting security risk assessments, briefing and leading security teams, and ensuring equipment functionality.
• Manage Vendor Operations: You'll oversee all aspects of vendor operations to support client needs and ensure compliance across all vendor relationships.
• Reporting and Collaboration: You'll provide regular status updates and reporting to the Benelux Head of Operations, whilst supporting the local Client Account Director and EMEA Operations on key initiatives as required.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Previous professional experience within a similar senior-level security role in a multinational company and/or a comparable governmental position (e.g., Police or Ministry of Defence).

• Mandatory Dutch license: Beveiliger 2 + Persoonsbeveiliger certificate
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• A proven track record in protective security, with a solid understanding of physical and technical security. Experience across investigations and risk consultancy would be advantageous.
• Experience with incident/crisis management and project management is essential.
• Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• A high degree of integrity, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
