The Physical Security Technology Solution Specialist assigned to a our client will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing physical security solutions for our clients. This position requires expertise in creating CAD designs, drafting Statements of Work (SOW), capital expenditure budgeting, and conducting site surveys

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and design custom physical security solutions utilizing advanced technology
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings and blueprints to support project planning and implementation
• Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) that outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources
• Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and walks to assess security needs and evaluate the best strategies and technologies to be employed
• Oversee the integration of various security technologies to ensure seamless operation and optimal security solutions
• Coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful project completion
• All other duties, as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Security Management, or related field and Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in physical security solution design and implementation.

• Proficiency in CAD software and experience with PDF software like Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of security technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Prior experience in project management is a plus.
