The Command Centre Lead willo join our team at our corporate headquarters. As a Command Centre Lead, he will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations within our command centre. This role involves strategic oversight and coordination, ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, property, and information while leading a team to accomplish security objectives effectively.

• Strategic Oversight: Lead and oversee command centre operations, ensuring alignment with organizational security goals and strategies. Develop and implement security plans and protocols.

• Surveillance and Monitoring: Supervise the monitoring of security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to proactively identify and respond to potential threats or breaches.

• Incident Management: Lead the response to security incidents, including emergencies, alarms, and breaches. Coordinate with stakeholders to assess, address, and mitigate security risks swiftly and effectively.

• Policy and Protocol Management: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance security measures.

• Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for security-related matters, facilitating communication between internal departments, external agencies, and law enforcement when required.

• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure meticulous documentation of security incidents, investigations, and operational activities. Prepare comprehensive reports in adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Technology Integration: Stay informed about advancements in security technology, collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate and maintain state-of-the-art security systems.

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and support the command centre team. Ensure high performance through training, development, and guidance of security personnel.

• All other duties, as assigned.

Extensive experience in security operations, preferably within a command centre or corporate environment.

• Strong proficiency in security technologies and systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and proactive security culture
