The Procurement Manager will support India operations by driving sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and compliance across all procurement activities. The role ensures that purchasing decisions are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the client’s business goals while maintaining Pinkerton’s standards of governance and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Manage end‑to‑end procurement across categories such as technology, services, facilities, and operational support.
  • Execute sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ creation, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Maintain a structured vendor management framework, ensuring performance tracking, compliance, and timely renewals.
  • Partner closely with Morning Consult stakeholders to understand business needs, forecast requirements, and plan purchasing cycles.
  • Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and financial controls.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply‑chain efficiency.
  • Track spend, maintain procurement dashboards, and deliver monthly reporting to client leadership.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Security teams to ensure risk‑aligned, compliant procurement.
  • Serve as the primary procurement liaison between Morning Consult and Pinkerton, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply‑chain functions. Experience working in embedded or client‑facing roles (preferred).

 

  • Strong negotiation capability with proven success in cost optimization.
  • Understanding of contract terms, SLAs, compliance controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder‑management skills; ability to partner with cross‑functional teams.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and structured documentation habits.
  • Ability to operate in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
