The Account Manager is guided by an assigned Director, serving as a client’s “Trusted Risk Advisor” by anticipating the client’s needs and overseeing all aspects of the assigned portfolio. The Account Manager's responsibilities include fostering the business relationship, addressing client requests, and consistently applying Pinkerton’s Service Delivery Standards, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of client and business management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the job’s essential functions, as determined by the company.
