The Command Center Executive, will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations. He will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, property, and information.
Surveillance and Monitoring: Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to identify and respond to potential security threats or breaches.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, including but not limited to, emergencies, alarms, and breaches. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address and mitigate security risks effectively.
Security Protocols: Enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment. Implement best practices and recommend improvements to enhance security measures continually.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters within the corporate office. Communicate effectively with internal departments, external agencies, and law enforcement as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and activities. Prepare detailed reports and documentation as required by company policies and regulatory requirements.
Technology Management: Stay abreast of advancements in security technology and tools. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and maintain cutting-edge security systems.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the security team to coordinate efforts and optimize security operations. Provide support and guidance to security personnel as needed.
Any Bachelor's degree, Access Control Management, or a related Advanced certifications are preferred.
