The PSOC Excutive is responsible for supporting the company during operations issues, including but not limited to fires, natural disasters, power outages, etc. The operator will effectively manage security protocols and possess comprehensive knowledge in travel security and event security. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations globally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Monitor and respond to global security threats and incidents.
  • Coordinate with local and international agencies to manage emergency responses.
  • Implement secure evacuation and emergency response plans during critical events like natural disasters, fires, and power outages
  • Analyze risks for corporate travelers and deliver comprehensive pre-travel security briefings.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to develop and execute security plans ensuring safety at the event.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for facilities, events, and travel routes.
  • Develop and recommend security measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Act as a central communication hub during security incidents, ensuring clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global law enforcement and emergency services.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, International Relations, Political Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for facilities, events, and travel routes.
  • Develop and recommend security measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Act as a central communication hub during security incidents, ensuring clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global law enforcement and emergency services.

Working Conditions:

With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;

  • Regular computer usage.
  • Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. 
  • Travel, as required.
