The Event and Process Lead, will act as an advisor to  Professionals by taking a holistic approach to the overall event scheduling and coordination process.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Oversee the Event setups, execution, and breakdown of events across all USI offices of Bengaluru.
  • Act as an advisor to Professionals by taking a holistic approach to the overall event scheduling and coordination process.
  • Providing consultative support and subject matter expertise to event requestors throughout the request and scheduling process.
  • Coordinate with internal team, clients, vendors, and others to establish needs for events, and serve as liaison to professional & leaders throughout the planning process.
  • Communicating with professionals and external clients at different levels of hierarchy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Continuously seek new ideas and approaches to improve event quality.
  • Working closely with other teams/offices to ensure best possible outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for sending out the Daily Monthly & quarterly MIS, Dashboard etc.
  • Ensure the on-time deployment of event executives for respective events across offices.
  • Sharing & actively tracking of upcoming event space readiness plan and report.
  • Monitor, audit, and ensure compliance with workplace policies and processes across all office locations in Bengaluru.
  • Review, update, and implement workplace processes as needed, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to the Magnet application, including workstation reservations, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Maintain and regularly update seat inventory and allocation records, coordinating with Workplace and RE teams as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and simplification.
  • Propose and drive initiatives to elevate the workplace environment.
  •  All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Degree or higher educational in Hotel Management is preferred. 3-5 years of experience with knowledge of Hotel / Facility management preferably in a global organization. Must have experience managing vendors, facility, projects and dealing with leaders, professionals & clients.

  • Ability to use the technology required in day-to-day work including experience in the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database software such as Microsoft Office tools. Ability to proactively recognize and respond to the differing needs of individuals and groups.

  • Clear and concise in verbal and written communication. Must be able to effectively communicate with Firm leadership, internal clients and all levels of management of the Firm.
  • Might require travelling between blocks within the city.
