The Intelligence Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s global pharmaceutical clients, will support the day-to-day operations in the client’s Risk Intelligence Security Center (RISC). The role will play a pivotal part in supporting the analysis of threats and risks to the client’s key assets and personnel. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for each stage of the intelligence cycle, from coordinating planning to dissemination. The role is fully onsite, based at the client’s site in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Support the Intelligence Senior Manager to coordinate the RISC’s intelligence cycle, including planning, collection, processing, production and dissemination.
  • Quality control the RISC’s intelligence reports prior to dissemination to ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and timely with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate emergency shift cover for the RISC’s 24/7/365 roster in the event of absence.
  • Create efficiencies in the intelligence cycle through automation and process refinement.
  • Draft, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product templates with periodic reviews with the Intelligence Senior Manager.
  • Organize and archive electronic and paper-based records for audit readiness and operational continuity.
  • Maintain persistent situational awareness of global events, emerging threats, and relevant geopolitical developments.
  • Support RISC operations, as required. Including monitoring and assessing real-time threats using intelligence platforms, OSINT collection, assessing persons of interest, and tactical and strategic report production.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Over three years of experience in intelligence analysis, protective intelligence, or a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using intelligence analysis tools and software.
  • Strong knowledge of OSINT tradecraft, tools, and ethical considerations.
  • Familiarity with physical security, threat assessment methodologies, and behaviorual indicators of violence.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo environment with evolving priorities and complex threat landscapes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Multilingual capabilities would be an added advantage.
  • Have the ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports, independent of direction, where necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Serve as an effective team member.
  • Effective independent judgment and decision-making ability.
