IT Product owner provide specialized technical skills on OneTrust platform and support user functions to leverage the full potential of OneTrust through technical excellence, secure integrations, and proactive development, all in close co-operation with business process owners

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• 1. Platform responsibility & vendor management
  • Serve as the internal technical point of contact for OneTrust.
  • Act as system owner from IT perspective — accountable for stability, performance, and lifecycle planning. Oversee upgrades, patches, and release cycles, coordinating UAT to validate changes and minimize disruption to end users.
  • Collaborate with OneTrust Customer Success Manager.
  • Collaborate with GRC Systems Operations Manager to identify, prioritize and oversee the development of automation rules, workflows, and templates in OneTrust Manage and develop the usage of a role-based access control (RBAC) across all modules in OneTrust.
  • Provide 2^nd level technical support for incidents.
  • Ensure documentation and solution architecture documents are maintained and developed according to external and internal roadmaps.
  2. Integration & Data Architecture
  • Oversee API setup, performance monitoring and support current and future integrations (e.g., ITSM tools, application master, entity register, client excellence platforms, ERP systems, DocuSign) in collaboration with solution architect
  • Collaborate through OT-GOV (OneTrust Governance Committee) with Privacy, ICFR, Internal Audit, Business Ethics, Risk Management teams to define and implement integration roadmaps.
  • Perform and support data imports/exports using templates, supporting bulk data operations where applicable.
  • Lead or support integration projects with external and internal stakeholders
  3. Governance & Change Management
  • Maintain change control procedures and logs for all platform updates.
  • Act as gatekeeper for system configuration changes to make sure that it won’t impact or interfere with current processes and ensure alignment with IT security and compliance policies.
  • Working with the compliance teams to understand their processes and current configurations as well as future requirements in OneTrust, to identify solution gaps and available capabilities, and help defining solutions to meet these needs.
  • Participate in the development of governance playbooks and enforce standardization of technical practices.
  4. Enablement & User Support
  • Maintain and manage sandbox environments for testing and training.
  • Collaborate with user functions to deliver training, how-to guides, and documentation for new/existing module releases or feature updates.
  • Support onboarding activities for new countries and users into the OneTrust platform.
  • Provide guidance to service desks and support personnel to maintain and develop end user satisfaction.
  • Support calculation logic and formula design in Inventory Manager and assessments.
  • Monitor OT release communications to advise internal compliance teams on updates and new functionalities that may impact existing and/or future configurations.
  5. Development Planning & Strategic Initiatives
  • Contribute to business cases and technical scoping for future module deployments (e.g., Data Breach, SRM, CSDDD).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that aim to enhance OneTrust’s alignment with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Data privacy, Ethics, and Sustainability initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging use cases, propose improvements, and track the effectiveness of technical solutions.
              Document all in Azure DevOps

• Strong 3+ experience in SaaS platforms, ideally with OneTrust, ServiceNOW, and enterprise IT environments.
• Technical knowledge in APIs, integrations, JSON, RBAC, and workflow automation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Privacy, GRC, ICFR, Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Analytical and documentation skills, with hands-on experience in data modeling and template-based data management.
• Comfortable managing multiple integration initiatives and coordinating with both OneTrust as the vendor and internal teams
