The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator- Customer Service, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will be part of our 24/7 Customer Service team, you'll be the vital link between Pinkerton and our global clients, handling critical communications and supporting essential security operations.
Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in international affairs/relations, business, emergency management, political science, criminal justice, or related discipline or at least two years of equivalent work experience in customer service, contact centers, or corporate security.
