• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Support access management operations including: • Activation, issuance, and deactivation of access cards.
  • Monitoring of the external environment and generation of periodic security reports.
  • Responding to employee/leadership queries regarding e-security systems including access control, visitor management, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of secure zones and access rights.
  • Secure printing and timely issuance of identity cards.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly report generation for management updates.
• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks such as investigations, incident management, and site security assessments.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline with 0–2 years of experience in corporate security and safety functions. Training or certification in physical/electronic security and knowledge of security systems is preferred. Competencies:

• Awareness of geo-political events and intelligence gathering sources

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Security trend analysis

• Prior experience in incident handling is a plus

• Motivated, with a positive attitude and strong analytical skills

• Good English communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

• Coordination and collaboration with external stakeholders

• Knowledge of local language is advantageous
