The Security Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s client, will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support in the application of physical security operations within multiple client sites in Mexico. The Coordinator’s efforts are intended to ensure a safe working environment while supporting the organization’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Assist with the application of physical security operations at multiple client sites.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and support the organization with its core business functions, strategies, and policies of the client’s Global Security department.
  • Oversee and support all security-related vendors and agents as needed or requested.
  • Assist with the implementation of site security plans.
  • Provide operational support to the Regional Security Manager regarding contingency planning, completion of risk/threat assessments, and the maintenance of effective networks across all business groups.
  • Provide support in implementing response to intelligence to protect against high-security threats, emergencies, and contingencies.
  • Provide multi-level communication between the business units in cooperation with individuals, teams, and vendors.
  • Identify, collect, and analyze core metrics and data associated with developing and delivering security programs.
  • Support the development of security policies, guidelines, and processes as directed by the Regional Security Manager.
  • Manage the collection of data from across the Plants in response to ad-hoc requests, ensuring such requests are allocated, tracked, and monitored.
  • Provide operational support and, where needed, respond to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Support development for internal and external service optimization.
  • Provide operational support to the Regional Security Manager during incidents and emergencies and act as Global Security representative in the initial stages of emergencies/incidents.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

University diploma with at least three years of law enforcement, military, security consulting, monitoring, and/or corporate security operations experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills; Spanish.
  • Knowledge of intelligence interpretation, security/risk threats, and investigation management is preferred.
  • Project management skills preferred.

  • Computer skills: Microsoft 365 Suite. 

Working Conditions:
