The Program Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for responding to emergencies, providing concierge services, and access control oversight regarding incoming employees, visitors, and vendors. The Manager oversees the daily shift operations including supervision of personnel, scheduling, training, and performance management. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote).

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Provide management oversight for the selection, orientation, development, and retention of high caliber staff.
  • Plan and direct the work of staff as well as on-going performance feedback and disciplinary actions, as necessary.
  • Manage appropriate staffing levels, in collaboration with management, and ensure scheduling is managed effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
  • Develop and implement training for subordinates as directed or required by the client, Pinkerton, or by regulatory or compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the completion, tracking, and documentation of all training, as required by both the client and other legal compliance or regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and develop employees around the processes and tools that have a direct impact on the customer experience.
  • Prepare and analyze business documents to understand underlying drivers of complex problems.
  • Identify key areas for improvement while challenging and encouraging individuals and leadership teams to close gaps.
  • Build relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or business with at least four years of security program management experience.

  • Knowledge of GSOC programs and processes.
  • Able to analyze business documents.
  • Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to interact collaboratively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Serve as a positive team member.
  • Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Effective independent judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:
